My second book, "The Shortlist" was released last night and is now available on Blushing Books.com, Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, and Barnes & Noble. My first review is in and it was 5 stars! Wow, what a fantastic Tuesday surprise. I'm humbled, sincerely.
It always takes about a day or so until the eBooks reached Amazon but I will add links and update as soon as it goes live. You can also follow me @bella_bryce to see when they go live and for my other updates and posts.
Thank you for your support and I look forward to reading constructive reviews.
Who wants to do a poll then?! Well?? YES YOU. That's it, line up please, nice and orderly. Very good.
Now then, if everyone would please complete the poll I would be terribly grateful :D
blog.com is not user friendly. I'm sorry to start this post as a bit of a downer :/ But I don't like to lie. There were several days in a row where I couldn't log in and that's pretty important for a new writer whose spending 12 hours a day split between writing and promoting! How can I sell books if I can't even get on my blog?!
It was the final straw when I went to log in this morning to update and the dashboard and whole top section [including 'log in'] had disappeared! I wasn't going to wait nine hours for it to return, so instead, I spent 9 hours redoing my blog over here at Weebly! And I couldn't be more pleased. It's literally taken from 10am - 5:41pm, but I love it. Weebly takes an hour to learn if you're comfortable working around a blog and then it's really, really easy. The templates are gorgeous, the options to customise are amazing and I never thought I could have a really nice looking place to blog about my eBooks. But here I am.
So come on in. If you've been to my old blog at bellabryce.blog.com, please move over here :) I will be closing that down soon. I wasn't able to move over my comments and I am sad about that because I had great comments from followers. Feel free to post on this one! I've also manually moved over nine posts, but I am exhausted so I won't be doing any more tonight. Plus, I have a husband to cook for and candles that need lighting for a little Monday evening fantastical romance.
The tabs at the top should take you everywhere you need to go to get to know me and what I'm working on. Or to reacquaint you with what I'm up to.
Until later and happy Monday to all.
I submitted my MS (manuscript) to Blushing Books recently, so all of you who have been asking if there is a sequel to ”The Solicitation”, THERE MOST DEFINITELY IS! AND, I’m currently about 10,000 words into book 3 as well Did you see that coming?
Alright then my lovelies, I think we need to have a wee chat . . . about Bennett Fowler (aka uncle Bennett).
Apparently you don’t like him. None of you!
Now now, I know you think he’s cruel and even perhaps a little too strict, but if he wasn’t there was be no room for redemption of his character in book 2 or 3, now would there??!
Bear with me . . .
yes, yes I still hear you, he was rather unfair toward Alice in ”The Solicitation”, etc etc etc. I know my darlings, I wrote him that way on purpose. However, Bennett needed the gentleness of an adorable little niece to soften him up in time for – - – well, I can’t tell you what for, can I? You’ll have to buy and read book 2, “The Shortlist” to find out. I will tell you when it’s released, so don’t go looking for it yet.
You must give Bennett Fowler a chance because like him, we all have stains on our character but over time and with a little bit of unconditional love (and forgiveness, such as what Alice demonstrated toward him), people change. Not they CAN, they DO.
So, before you tell me you want Bennett to jump off of a cliff, sit down and have a cup of tea, love. Alright? Better? If not, your tea wasn’t made properly.
You will indefinitely find yourself adoring him in book 2, promise. Well, most of you [some people cannot be pleased either way].
