and you're invited!
There are two parts: afternoon tea at The Jefferson in Richmond, Virginia, and then a bonfire at my house afterward. There will be blankets for those of us who are always cold, a crackling fire, a menu with food for big appetites and small, Champagne and cocoa (what a contrast, eh?) and lots of time and space to sit and chat with readers and authors.
Rsvp is required for either part!
If you can come to tea but not the evening, no worries, just RSVP for part one, and vice versa. Deadline for afternoon tea RSVP is Friday 28 October. I will take part two bonfire RSVP up until Friday 4th November, which is family friendly and everyone reading this is invited. You don't have to be an author or even a reader of my books. If you want to mingle, you are welcome.
I've been quiet the last few months, I know. A lot has changed and it didn't take long for me to see that it was good change. Some people have faded out of my life and new ones have walked in. I'm currently working on more manuscripts at one time than ever (five), and getting less work done because of it. My web shop has been unusually busy, which means I squeal and bounce up and down when I get an order. I know you're not surprised. It really does happen.
Working from home often actually translates to this: leaving to work somewhere else.
